Responsibilities:
- Support daily business operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping coordination
- Assist with vendor and customer communications to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation across operational systems
- Work closely with the operations manager and other team members to improve processes and resolve issues
- Monitor supply chain activities and escalate delays or problems as needed
- Assist with ERP/CRM system data entry, updates, and quality checks
- Contribute to special projects related to warehouse operations, logistics, and dealer/customer support
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or machinery-related fields
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with logistics platforms, CRM, or order management systems is a plus
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position
