Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatch Administrator to join our team. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and provides full training. The Dispatch Administrator will support the scheduling and coordination of drivers, deliveries, and service requests, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Type: Full time permanent employment with Full Benefits M-F 1st shift
Pay: Up to $15 an hour to start!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and dispatch requests in a timely manner.
- Assist the Dispatch Dept in scheduling and tracking drivers, vehicles, or service technicians based on daily needs.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and service logs.
- Input data into dispatch and scheduling software.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management.
- Provide administrative support to the dispatch/operations team.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior dispatch experience required training will be provided.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Must have a valid Drivers License with a reliable vehicle
