Our team is looking to hire a HVAC Service Quoter to join our growing team! The position is full-time and offers many great benefits and room for growth within the organization.
Location: West Monroe, LA
Position: Full time permanent
Pay: $16 an hour to start with potential to make more based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Review service reports and technician recommendations.
- Generate detailed and competitive quotes for HVAC repairs and labor costs.
- Communicate with customers to explain quotes and answer questions.
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and management to ensure quote accuracy.
- Follow up on open quotes and assist with closing sales.
- Source pricing for HVAC parts and equipment from vendors and suppliers
- Maintain a database of standard pricing for services, labor rates, and parts
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Excel and Microsoft office with the ability to grasp other computer programs easily.
- Ability to multitask and have great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- We are willing to train the right applicant if they have no prior MEP experience.
