Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for commercial HVAC products.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop winning proposals.
• Gain a thorough understanding of all HVAC products represented by Mechanical Products NSW.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, vendor information, and bid templates.
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to clarify project requirements.
• Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in post-bid reviews and support sales efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC estimating, sales, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
