Midway Mechanical Services is building a best-in-class national estimating team and is seeking a high-output Commercial HVAC Remodel Estimator. This role is focused on producing accurate, high-margin estimates across national remodel projects.
While there is opportunity to grow into client-facing or sales responsibilities over time, this is not required. We are equally focused on candidates who want to specialize and excel in commercial estimating.

- Performance Compensation: ~$20,000 based on wins and margin

- Produce accurate, high-margin commercial HVAC remodel estimates
- Estimate scopes including duct, grilles, air curtains, RTUs, labor, travel, and materials
- Perform takeoffs from plans, photos, and surveys
- Manage bids, vendors, and timelines
- Identify risks and drive profitability
- Leverage tools and AI to improve speed and consistency
- HVAC estimating experience (remodels preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pricing
- Detail-oriented, high-output, margin-focused mindset
- Experience with estimating tools (Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
