- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Experience with both residential and commercial equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
