Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team! If you have a strong installation background, leadership skills, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead residential and commercial HVAC installation projects
- Install residential replacement split systems, boilers, and mini-split systems
- Install commercial rooftop units (RTUs), duct systems, and related equipment
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Mentor apprentice installers and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Communicate professionally with customers and complete job documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience with both residential and commercial installations
- Strong knowledge of split systems, boilers, mini-splits, RTUs, and ductwork
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
