Benefits & Deductions: Ensure flawless tracking and remittance of union dues, pension contributions, health & welfare funds, annuity contributions, and statutory payroll taxes.
Prevailing Wage & Certified Payroll: Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal certified payroll reporting requirements for commercial and public works projects.
Audits & Regulatory Oversight
Union Audits: Serve as the primary point of contact for routine and annual audits conducted by each of our three unions; ensure accurate, audit-ready recordkeeping at all times.
Workers’ Compensation & Insurance Audits: Manage the annual Workers’ Comp audit process, working closely with payroll and insurance brokers to ensure accurate job classification codes, payroll allocations, and sub-contractor coverage verifications.
Financial & Tax Audits: Lead preparation for annual CPA financial reviews/audits and local/state tax audits.

Collections & Accounts Receivable Management
Collections Oversight: Actively monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports and lead collections strategy to ensure timely cash inflows from general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.
Billing: Oversee AIA billing processes (G702/G703) and ensure compliance with conditional/unconditional lien waivers, and pay-when-paid provisions.
Retainage Tracking: Track and actively pursue aged retainage receivables upon project milestone completions and closeouts.
