Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. As a vital member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and welding equipment to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs effectively.
• Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and prevent future problems.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble plumbing components during construction or remodeling projects.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including water heater servicing, pipe replacements, and system inspections.
• Collaborate with clients by providing clear communication about project scope, progress, and maintenance recommendations while delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with construction site setup, heavy lifting of materials or equipment, and handyman tasks as needed during projects.

Skills

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings.
• Proficiency with welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications.
• Skilled in drain cleaning methods using manual or power tools for effective blockage removal.
• Familiarity with plumbing system maintenance, including water systems management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and heavy machinery safely.
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks on construction sites.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical documents.
• Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is a plus.
• Pay is determined by experience
