Typical Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our customers.
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Provide quotes and book reservations
- Confirm bookings with drivers and suppliers
- May be required to perform other job related duties.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:Customer interaction experience preferred.
Skilled at:Good oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of:Email, Internet Skills, Google Maps.
