Pay:

• Starting rate: $21.25 - $21.75/hour pending experience. Paid from clock-in to clock-out versus competition who pay only while you are moving people.

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age

• Ability to Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle

• Must be customer-first oriented with a friendly demeanor towards our guests and team

• Knowledge of the Greater Central Florida area a plus but not required

• Valid Class A or B CDL (Commercial Driver License) with Passenger “P” Endorsement preferred, but not required, WE WILL TRAIN and offer our CDL school to the right candidates

• Ability to read, write and speak English in a friendly and professional manner

• Must have a satisfactory driving record, as defined by the company, and a have a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico

• Must pass a criminal background investigation and drug test

• Must pass the Department of Transportation ("DOT") medical screening.

We connect travelers to their vacations and events in Orlando. This includes managing the transportation for our hotel, resort, and venue partners. When our Guests require out of state transportation Mears Destination Services, Inc. Motor Coach Operators can be required to transport customers over state lines usually into but not limited to the South Eastern and North Eastern United States. Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for various tasks relating to the transport of passengers aboard motor coaches, transit buses and trolleys such as:

• Operating a motor coach safely and efficiently
• Assisting passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle
• Loading, unloading, and moving luggage and other items
• Treating everyone in a friendly and professional manner.
• May be required to perform other related duties as requested.
