Note: This position is listed as ADON for industry familiarity, but at our facility, the role is known as Resident Care Manager to reflect our resident-centered care model.

What you’ll be doing: In this role, you'll energize our team by supporting nursing staff and collaborating with physicians, residents, and families. Dive into dynamic tasks like conducting assessments, advocating for patients, and leading educational efforts. You'll also manage admissions and discharges, drive care conferences, and craft and update care plans—all while making a meaningful impact every day. Schedule: Rotating 3-day workweek (Week 1 & 3: Mon–Wed; Week 2 & 4: Thurs–Sat). Sundays as needed.
Wages: $46.00 - $48.00 / hr DOE
About you: we are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians looking for opportunities to grow their career and come join our team with the goal of providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition to this we are also seeking:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to communicate with tact, empathy and professionalism
