What you’ll be doing:
You will promote a healthy, enriching environment through strategic leadership of the Resident Services
department across the community’s continuum. This position cultivates compassionate support systems
and efficient processes aligned with the community’s mission, vision, and values. Success in this role is
measured by visible leadership presence, attention to detail, strong communication, and the delivery of
coordinated, resident-centered services.

– Demonstrate visibility and accessibility by attending resident events, fostering trust-based relationships, and providing compassionate, clear communication with residents and families.
– Manage complex resident needs and transitions by overseeing seamless move-ins, care level changes, and departures, serving as a resource for residents and families, and proactively coordinating resolutions across departments.
– Drive results through organizational excellence by developing and leading a high-performing team, overseeing budgets and service quality, utilizing technology for monitoring and follow-up, and applying continuous learning to improve satisfaction.
– Collaborate across departments and external providers to plan and execute interdisciplinary programs, support community-wide initiatives, contribute to organizational strategy, and assist with emergency response as needed.
– Model accountability and detail orientation by maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance, auditing communication tools, tracking KPIs, and overseeing operations within resident services, life enrichment, wellness, pastoral care, and transportation.

About you:
- Minimum of 3 years' management experience in a senior services or healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, program development, and complex problem-solving.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of state/federal elder care regulations and resident rights.
