- Plan, coordinate, and oversee banquet events from setup through teardown
- Work closely with clients, culinary teams, and other departments to ensure event requirements are met
- Supervise banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance support
- Ensure proper room setup, service standards, and event presentation
- Monitor event timelines and adjust staffing or logistics as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with leadership to improve banquet service quality and operational efficiency
- Previous experience in banquet, catering, event operations, or hospitality management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
