The Successful Candidate Will Have

Responsibilities Include
- Maintaining treatment systems (piping pumps, valves, and tanks); preparing chemicals for treatment systems
- Preparing chemicals for treatment systems
- Operating and maintaining instrumentation on treatment systems and meters (calibration, repair, troubleshooting)
- Laboratory sampling and recordkeeping
- Preparing field reports
- Year round entering of waterways for collection of data with data logging equipment
- Maintaining stream data logging equipment: and general maintenance of vehicles, work areas, and equipment
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- A certificate or higher in water technology or a related field
- If no certificate, at least one (1) year of relevant experience
- Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets
- Editing technical reports using MS Word
- OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and performing work within these regulations
- Database management
- Water and/or wastewater operations (maintaining piping, pumps, valves, and tanks)
- Laboratory environments
