As a result, we have a limited-term, full-time internship to work on land surveying projects starting in May/June 2026 and ending in August/September 2026. This exciting opportunity will be based at our Fargo, ND office.
Responsibilities Include
Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in land surveying, civil engineering technology, civil engineering, GIS, construction management or a related field from an accredited college or university within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities Include
- Assisting with operating GPS, robotic total station, and data controller equipment
- Performing topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking
- Assisting with drafting services for survey projects
- Other tasks as assigned.
Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in land surveying, civil engineering technology, civil engineering, GIS, construction management or a related field from an accredited college or university within 6 months of hire date.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Any/all The Following
- Experience using survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, and/or auto level)
- Land surveying coursework
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation software programs
- Construction field experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
