We're Hiring: Med Spa Receptionist
Join our growing team! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Med Spa Receptionist with room to grow to be a Front Desk Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support the team with daily front desk and back office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or med spa experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Fluent in Spanish
- Med Spa experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule
