What You’ll Do:
- Greet every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care—like you would a close friend
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings with grace and accuracy
- Keep up with leads and convert them to consultations
- Support our providers by ensuring daily schedules run smoothly and efficiently
- Educate patients on our services, memberships, and skincare products with confidence and kindness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful front office environment that reflects the Aire brand
- Handle payments and ensure accurate documentation in our EMR system
- Go the extra mile to make every guest feel like part of the Aire family
- Manage Inventory
- Stock rooms
- Stay organized and top of every task
- Check patients in and out ensuring that all documentation is filled appropriately
- Multi task specially during busy days.

- You’re a strong multitasker who stays cool under pressure!!!!
- You’re reliable, organized, and tech-savvy with EMR systems (experience with Zenoti is a bonus)
- You communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism—both in person and digitally
- You’re excited about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness, and you love being part of a team that changes lives
- You want to climb up the ladder and be manager one day.
