What We're Looking For:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to assist with the setup and breakdown of audio/visual equipment, lighting, drape, and décor for weddings, corporate events, and special events throughout Chicagoland. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, this role might be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and vans with event equipment and props.
- Lift and carry equipment weighing 50 lbs.
- Set up, install, and place equipment, props, and décor at event venues.
- Work comfortably at heights and use ladders safely.
- Travel to event locations across the Chicago area and to our Schaumburg office.

- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
