Working primarily in small teams of 3-5 members, the Stagehand supports both outdoor and mixed venue productions, reporting directly to the Stage Manager or Owner. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and strong teamwork skills, often involving occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down equipment, including lighting, sound, and stage rigging
- Assist with lighting and sound system installation and adjustments
- Manage load-in and load-out procedures efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols
- Maintain inventory control of stage equipment
- Support tent setup for outdoor venues
Required Qualifications
