About the Role: One of our semiconductor manufacturing client is primary looking or IT leader for FP&A, you will serve as a trusted partner, aligning priorities, managing escalations, and ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Transformation:
- Systems Roadmap: Own and execute the enterprise FP&A systems strategy. Define multi-year roadmaps supporting AOP, LRP, executive decision-making, and global finance transformation.
- GenAI Innovation: Lead a "GenAI-first" approach to modernize planning, forecasting, and analysis. Prioritize use cases (predictive forecasting, scenario modeling, automated narratives) and partner with data science teams to productionize AI solutions with robust governance and explainability.
- Modernization: Drive the evolution of the finance stack—including OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP integrations—to enable real-time, data-driven insights.
- Program Leadership: Deliver large-scale, high-impact transformations. Track ROI, quantify value, and provide clear executive reporting on project health, risks, and dependencies.
- Enterprise Scale: Maintain a global technology ecosystem with high standards for reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices, operating rhythms, and governance models to improve delivery quality and execution maturity.
- Resource & Vendor Management: Lead global teams and manage vendor strategy, contracts, and budgets (OpEx/CapEx), optimizing total cost of ownership while mitigating risk.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with IT, PMO, Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Legal to deliver integrated, compliant enterprise solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-15 years in IT or enterprise applications, with significant depth in FP&A systems and finance processes.
- Industry: Semiconductor experience supporting global Finance organizations is required.
- Leadership: Proven success building and leading high-performing global teams and delivering complex, end-to-end programs.
- AI & Analytics: Practical experience applying GenAI (LLMs, transformers) to enterprise/finance workflows and understanding of AI governance and responsible practices.
- FP&A Platforms: Strong proficiency with finance applications and ERPs; hands-on experience with OneStream is preferred.
- Integration: Knowledge of integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and AI extensions.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology.

Salary : $213,800 - $285,000
