- 4-7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- 4-7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform.
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management.
- Managing periodic governance and reporting.
- Development in Opcenter DS for small change requests.
- Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members.
- Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management.
- Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer's manufacturing & business processes.
- SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Coordination & contribution with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
- Closely coordinate and work with the product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations, etc.
- Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
- Techno-functional analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements provide efficient and optimum solutions to complex business problems.
- Translate the solution requirement and work with the development team to build.
