What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Parts Dismantler position at MD Motors LLC?
MD Motors LLC is an auto salvage yard in Mendota, IL. We sell used auto parts online and ship across the country every day. We are hiring a full-time Auto Parts Dismantler. What you will do: Every morning you will work with the team to find and pull sold parts in the yard. The rest of the day you will dismantle incoming vehicles: removing engines, transmissions, body panels, glass, interior parts, and other components for resale. You will use hand and power tools, drain fluids safely, and keep your work area clean. You will work under our yard lead, directly with the owner. What we are looking for: Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors year round. Reliable transportation to Mendota, IL. Experience with cars, tools, or mechanic work is a strong plus. Careful hands: parts you remove are sold to customers, so they must come off undamaged. Pay is $16 to $18 per hour based on experience. Full-time, 40 hours per week.
