Sewer & Drain Install Lead

About the Role: The Drain Lead - Install oversees and executes the installation of residential and commercial drain systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and local codes. This role involves leading a team, communicating with clients, and managing project timelines and materials.

Drain Lead - Install Key Responsibilities:

• Install Drain Systems: Install and repair residential and commercial drainage systems, including sewer lines, stormwater drains, and waste piping.
• Leadership & Supervision: Lead a team of technicians, delegate tasks, and ensure work quality meets company standards.
• Site Management: Oversee job sites, ensuring safe working conditions and adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex drainage issues, offering effective solutions.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with customers about project details, progress, and potential issues in a professional manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and materials used.
• Training: Mentor and train junior technicians in installation techniques and safety procedures.

Drain Lead - Install Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drain installation, plumbing, or a related field (5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
• Ability to operate and maintain drain-specific tools and equipment, such as augers, cameras, and hydro-jetting machines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
