During our period of Company growth, we are seeking a Staff Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a focus on Pediatrics, offering a sign-on bonus of $5,000 with full pay in two years.

The Staff Nurse LPN ensures services are administered utilizing professional standards with a strong focus on quality, timely care, and exceptional customer service under the direction of the medical provider.

As Part Of This Role, You Will
- Adhere to the time and attendance policy as written in the employee handbook
- Must be able to float to alternative locations as instructed by your supervisor, with short notice, to ensure adequate site coverage
- Responsible for providing vital signs, interviewing the patient/family, and charting
- Collaborate with healthcare providers in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs of the patients and peers
- Maintain positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, and peers
- Ensure Provider’s orders are directed to the various appropriate departments
- Knowledgeable and assist Providers as requested with exams, procedures, removal of sutures, etc.
- Completes medication and DME authorizations for patients in a timely manner
- HS/GED required
- Current LPN license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing
- 1 years Clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
- Pride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients & visitors
- A positive can-do attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Pay rate based on experience
