McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking an Associate to join our growing Litigation Group in our Frederick, Maryland location.
Our litigation attorneys have significant experience handling complex, high-stakes disputes from inception through trial and appeal, providing strategic advice to clients through each and every step of the litigation process. McNees’ litigators are also skilled in reaching favorable results for our clients outside of the courtroom through creative thinking, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation and arbitration.
Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with licensure in MD
- A minimum of 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000. Your compensation will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
