Immigration Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
Location: Santa Ana & Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience

MCM Law Group, P.C. is a fast-growing immigration litigation firm dedicated to protecting the rights of immigrants and their families. We represent clients in complex removal defense matters, including asylum, cancellation of removal, bond hearings, and federal immigration litigation.
We are seeking a motivated Immigration Associate Attorney who is ready to litigate, appear in Immigration Court, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
* Represent clients before the Immigration Court.
* Independently handle Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings
* Prepare and file applications, motions, legal briefs, and supporting evidence.
* Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
* Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication throughout representation.
* Perform legal research and draft persuasive legal arguments.
* Work closely with paralegals and support staff to manage an active caseload.
Qualifications
* Active license and good standing with any U.S. State Bar.
* Minimum 1–3 years of immigration law experience preferred.
* Experience handling removal defense cases.
* Comfortable appearing before EOIR for Master Calendar and Individual Hearings.
* Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
