Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Attorney role based in Los Angeles, CA. The attorney will manage a caseload of immigration matters, including preparing and filing applications and petitions, drafting legal briefs and supporting documentation, and attending immigration hearings and interviews as needed. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case strategies, advising clients on options and risks, and maintaining clear communication throughout each case. The role involves collaborating with legal assistants and other team members, reviewing case files for accuracy and completeness, removal defense and staying current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies. The attorney will also participate in internal meetings, contribute to process improvements, and support outreach or educational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and experience handling various Immigration Issues.
- Bilingual and English in Spanish is required

Salary ranges $80k to $150k.
- Experience advising on and preparing applications for Visas and other immigration benefits.
- Ability to analyze complex Legal Issues and develop clear, practical legal strategies.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited law school and active bar admission in any U.S. state (California preferred) or Puerto Rico

- Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills, including briefs, motions, and client correspondence.
- Effective communication and client counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client service, and working with diverse communities; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
