Immigration Attorney (NIV & IV)

We are looking for an Immigration Attorney with experience in business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with firm partners on corporate client H-1B nonimmigrant visa matters and PERM/I-140 immigrant visa petitions
- Preparing immigration petitions and RFE responses under partner supervision
- Coordinating with employers on H-1B/PERM related strategies
- Communicating professionally with clients to gather information and provide case updates
- Assisting in the oversight and mentorship of Case Managers and junior staff
- Utilizing immigration case management software to track cases and coordinate with the team
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
- Working knowledge of H-1B, PERM, and I-140 processes
- Experience with other NIV (L, TN, E visas) and IV (AOS, Naturalization) matters is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering quality work with care and compassion for clients
