As a Treatment Provider Liaison, you’ll play a key role in connecting the criminal justice system with behavioral health treatment, helping individuals access the care they need while supporting collaboration across teams that truly make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving as a key connection between the Recovery Court team and treatment providers
- Completing clinical assessments and recommending appropriate levels of care
- Supporting participants through pre-enrollment and treatment planning
- Attending court sessions, case staffing, and treatment team meetings
- Providing updates, reports, and progress tracking for participants
- Coordinating family sessions and identifying key support factors
- Advocating treatment needs, goals, and appropriate interventions
- Helping maintain a collaborative, non-adversarial environment
- Educating team members, community partners, and stakeholders on recovery and treatment approaches
- Supporting onboarding of new team members and ensuring coverage when needed

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Clinical experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment
- CADC credential required
- Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and treatment approaches
- Comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office and working in collaborative team settings
