Franklin Court Grille is popular local eatery seeking 2 personable, outgoing individuals to fill 2 positions as a To Go/Host and Server for lunch and dinner shifts Tuesday through Saturday. Ideal individual will be, energetic, outgoing, friendly, a guest-centered team player, and be able to work well with others. You must be able to present yourself in a professional, and caring manner. We need one Full time and one part time person. Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays. This is an active position that requires constant interaction with our guests. You must have reliable transportation. Servers must be 21 y/o
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and to go orders
- Handle cash transactions and take orders
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food service and restaurant operations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
