In this role, you will help connect families with vital early childhood resources, coordinate community partnerships, oversee grant-funded initiatives, and support programs that promote healthy child development. What You’ll Do
As the Early Intervention Service Coordinator, you will:
Lead & Support Programs
- Supervise Family Engagement Specialist staff and support the Parent Ambassador program.
- Coordinate activities for the All Our Kids Network grant within the Health Department.
- Oversee grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with state requirements.
Build Community Partnerships
- Collaborate with local and state agencies to develop and coordinate birth-to-five services.
- Work closely with the Local Interagency Council and other community organizations.
- Promote awareness of early childhood programs and services throughout the community.
Use Data to Drive Impact
- Collect, analyze, and report program data to the Illinois Department of Early Childhood.
- Measure program outcomes and evaluate network effectiveness.
- Conduct research related to maternal and child health needs.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of related experience in maternal and child health, early childhood services, or a similar program area.
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License.
