Your Day-to-Day
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS & PIPELINE
- Build and manage relationships with community partners, colleges, universities, and industry organizations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and shape sourcing strategies.
- Run full-cycle recruiting from first outreach to signed offer.
- Manage requisitions, postings, and candidate records in ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
- Manage early talent recruiting and career fairs.
- Build and protect the MCL employer brand through every candidate interaction, job posting, and community touchpoint.
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; construction industry background is a strong plus.
- Four-year degree in HR, Business, or a related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage high-volume requisitions without sacrificing quality.
- Experience with ATS; comfortable building and reading recruiting metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruiting tools.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present confidently at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Employer branding experience across job fairs, events, and social media.
