Front Desk Clerk CWWC (as needed)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The front desk clerk at Connie Wold Wellness Center (CWWC) will provide clerical assistance to members, Barista operation, support staff, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Greet and check in all members and people coming into the CWWC.
- Provide facility tours and explain our rules and policies.
- Create and manage all membership agreements
- All Barista duties
- Clean and maintain equipment.
- Be respectful of all members; new and existing.
- Provide a positive experience with professional, friendly, and courteous service.
- Stock and maintain vending machine.
- Complete all duties as needed on maint. Chart.
- Clean and maintain facility during Staff hours.
- Explain and enforce all CWWC facility rules.
- Guide and assist members on equipment.
- Monitor members’ use on equipment and within the facility.
- Report any equipment or facility issues to the Manager.
- Report any membership or member issues to the Manager.
- Run floor machine and locker room machine as needed.
- Spot check security footage.
- Ensure member confidentiality at all times.
- Be seen and available to all members.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Meet dress code standards.
- Report to work on time and complete all shift responsibilities.
- Attend staff meetings and complete MCHS education timely.
- Comply with all organization policies and procedures.
- Represent CWWC in a positive and professional manner.
- Communicate the mission, ethics, and goals of the CWWC.

Qualifications:Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting and perform other common physical movements as needed for the position.
- Ability to lift, move, push or pull a minimum of 35 pounds.
- Standing and walking for extensive periods of time
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
