As the Behavioral Health Office Administrator, you will help keep daily office operations running smoothly while supporting providers, patients, and internal team members. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You’ll DoIn This Role, You Will
Greet and assist patients, families, providers, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage front office operations, scheduling, phone calls, messages, and administrative workflows.
Support patient intake, documentation, records management, and appointment coordination.
Assist with insurance, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative healthcare processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient information in accordance with privacy and compliance standards.
Coordinate communication between clinical staff, patients, and internal departments.
Help ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and patient-focused.
Support leadership with daily administrative needs and special projects as assigned.
