This role is responsible for supervising Office Administrators, developing and enforcing administrative policies and procedures, supporting compliance with regulatory and documentation standards, and ensuring consistent operational practices throughout the organization.
The Administrative Director will play a key role in strengthening administrative performance, improving workflow efficiency, supporting staff development, and enhancing the overall patient and team experience. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader with strong healthcare administration experience and a demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced behavioral health or community-based healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Director will: Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to Office Administrators across McHur Care locations.
Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development for administrative personnel.
Ensure appropriate staffing, onboarding, training, and continuing education for administrative teams.
Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies and procedures that support consistency and compliance.
Monitor compliance with regulatory, billing, and documentation standards across locations.
Conduct regular audits to assess administrative effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration related to administrative operations.
Partner with executive leadership to align administrative processes with organizational goals.
Resolve complex administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
Lead or contribute to special projects focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and patient experience.
Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration.
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of healthcare administration, compliance standards, billing processes, and documentation expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience developing or delivering training programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in behavioral health or community-based healthcare settings.
Multi-site healthcare operations experience.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to travel between sites as needed.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
