Available Shifts: 6:30A-2P; 11:30A-7:30P; 12:00P-8:00P; 3:30P-8:00P
What do I need as a Dietary Aide with McGregor?
- Must demonstrate dependability with scheduled work hours.
- Prior dietary experience preferred.
- Customer service oriented.
What will I do as a Dietary Aide with McGregor?
- Set tables and serve food and beverages according to procedures.
- Record food and refrigeration temperatures according to procedures.
- Prepare portions and serve beverages, salads, and desserts.
- Collect soiled dishware, clean and sanitize tables, pick up debris from the floor; deliver soiled tableware to dishwashing area. Assist utility worker as needed to complete tableware washing for meal service.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks; plan ware washing in advance to ensure that all needed equipment is available.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
- Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage containers.
