- Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customers' needs are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a strong desire to succeed.
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
