What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wireless Retail Agent position at Dart Phone?
Dart Phone is hiring part time Wireless Retail Associates for our Lawton location (526 SW 11th). This is a part-time position less than 30 hours per week. The store hours are Monday - Friday 10am-5pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enroll customers in Lifeline Program
- Sell phone upgrades and accessories
- Wireless phone troubleshooting
-Accepting Payments
- General customer service skills
- General operation and cleanliness of the store
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience. Wireless experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with individuals of various backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
