What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll help guests find the vehicle that best fits their needs while delivering an exceptional purchase experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include

• Build relationships with guests and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
• Learn the features, technology, and benefits of our new and pre-owned inventory.
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present financing and leasing options while working closely with our Sales Managers.
• Follow up with guests through phone calls, text messages, emails, and personalized videos.
• Generate repeat and referral business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.
• Work as part of a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales and customer service experience required
• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
• Friendly, professional, and confident personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented with a desire to earn based on performance
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (CDK/eLead experience is a plus)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends as part of a retail schedule
