You'll support production and maintenance teams by performing housekeeping, grounds maintenance, equipment cleaning, and general labor duties throughout the site. This is a hands-on position where your efforts directly contribute to producing high-quality compost, mulch, and soil products that support agriculture, landscaping, and environmental sustainability. Every task you complete helps maintain a safe workplace and keeps production moving smoothly. **What You'll Do** Keep grounds, ramps, screening areas, and shop facilities clean and organized Perform weed eating, shoveling, painting, and other grounds maintenance tasks Clean and prepare processing bays and production areas Assist with equipment cleaning and routine maintenance activities Support maintenance technicians with repair and upkeep projects Organize tools, parts, and supplies Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures Maintain accountability for company-issued tools and equipment Perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors **Why Join McGill?** At McGill, we don't just process organic materials.
