Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate construction machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and loaders to perform tasks like digging, grading, and lifting materials.
- Site Preparation: Assist with site clearing, excavation, trenching, and grading to prepare the job site for construction activities.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs, and report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the project team, including foremen and supervisors, to ensure work is completed according to schedule and specifications.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Certification in heavy equipment operation (preferred).
- Experience: 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in construction or a similar field.
- Skills: Proficient in operating construction machinery and equipment. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
