Role Description
Develop and manage your own client portfolio
• Sell new yachts and brokerage listings
• Generate leads through networking, events, and digital channels
• Guide clients through the full sales process
• Represent MCG Yachts at boat shows and events
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
Qualifications
Experienced yacht broker or strong sales professional (luxury/automotive/real estate also considered)
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong network in Florida or ability to build one
• Professional, client-first attitude
• Passion for boating and the yachting lifestyle
