Your Journey Begins Here:
- Probationary Training Period: The first two weeks of training (unpaid) will give you the chance to acclimate and acquire a minimum of 2 listings (required).
- Training: If successful, you’ll enter a 6 week intensive training program with a $250.00 weekly draw will be provided
- Compensation: After the training period, your earnings will shift to a 100% commission structure based on your sales performance. (We offer a commission opportunity and incentive program for agents who remain with our company. The commission scale increases over time based on tenure).

- Cultivate and nurture client accounts, prioritizing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through effective networking and market research.
- Offer expertise to clients regarding yacht/boat selling/ buying process with our company
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow brokers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in sales, showcasing success in outside sales.
- Fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset, not required.
