Landscape Manager (Install Division)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a department of 12–15 employees (with growth potential to double), including 3 production managers and 3 crew leaders.
- Oversee 7–8 active projects per week, ranging from $5,000 to $150,000.
- Ensure final sign-off and client satisfaction upon project completion.
- Manage and support residential design/build projects (seasonal color, trees, pergolas, flagstone patios, outdoor kitchens, etc.)
- Coordinate subcontractors for select project needs.
- Conduct digital and physical handoff of sold projects from sales to production, including client walkthroughs.
- Identify and upsell change orders or additional services (e.g., lighting, upgrades) during project execution.
- Utilize LMN software for scheduling, project management, and team coordination.
- Apply irrigation knowledge as needed for installations and upgrades.
- Maintain a high level of quality, integrity, and profitability in line with company values.
Job Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in landscape project management, design/build, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials and landscape installation techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with LMN software (or similar) a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Integrity-driven with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Salary : $58,000 - $65,000
