Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients across your assigned portfolio
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring high satisfaction and contract compliance
- Identify client needs and proactively recommend value-added services or enhancements
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and oversee routine maintenance, seasonal work, and special projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
- Manage budgets, monitor profitability, and support renewals and upselling opportunities
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer retention rates
- Maintain accurate records using CRM or other account management tools
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building
- Experience managing client accounts, preferably in a service-based industry
- Ability to lead and collaborate across teams to deliver client solutions
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable conducting site walks and quality audits in outdoor environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
- Previous experience in commercial landscaping, property management, or a related field is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Local market knowledge and existing client relationships in commercial real estate, property management, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance services and seasonal planning
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts and maintain service quality
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
