Your Mission
Your mission is to support the bar team while learning the craft of bartending at Xico. You’ll help create a warm and welcoming bar experience by being attentive, reliable, and eager to learn — always with the goal of making guests feel comfortable and cared for.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Learn and follow Xico’s cocktail recipes, standards, and service style.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, stations, and storage areas.
- Restock supplies, prep ingredients, and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and respectful way when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly with the FOH and kitchen teams to support smooth service.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to improve every day.
