• Assist customers in selecting the correct parts, accessories, and automotive repair supplies based on their vehicle’s make, model, and specific requirements.
• Utilize inventory management systems and POS (Point of Sale) software to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and mechanical troubleshooting to provide expert guidance.
• Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and conducting regular inventory control checks to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly, handle special requests, and support overall store operations.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, product knowledge, and follow-up communication to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Be able to deliver parts to local businesses and customers as needed.

Skills

• Deep understanding of automotive parts and accessories sales, including automotive diagnostics and vehicle systems.
• Proven experience in retail sales environments with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and familiarity with POS systems.
