Job Overview
We are looking for someone to join our staff in our parts department where they will assist customers in obtaining the correct parts for their equipment. A background with farm equipment is very beneficial and computer competence is essential. A desire to help customers is an essential attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on phone and in person.
- Order and receive parts for inventory.
- Inventory control.
- Billing parts to customers and workorders.
- Cleaning and stocking shelves in show room.
Skills
- Experience with farm equipment will benefit your ability to confidently problem solve the customers' needs.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems will benefit your ability to efficiently access parts diagrams and process the ordering and invoices of parts.
- Excellent communication skills—phone etiquette, client communication, and customer service—are essential for building trust.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive parts management, automotive parts sales, and automotive service helps troubleshoot issues confidently.
- Organizational skills for stocking, order fulfillment, inventory control, and maintaining a clean work environment are crucial for success.
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
