The Project Engineer is responsible for management and documentation of Engineered Solutions Group products.

The Project Engineer is responsible for management and documentation of Engineered Solutions Group products.
Essential Duties
- Entry and documentation of systems in ERP system and engineered systems group network drive.
- Manage engineered system group products and re-designs or refines systems for necessary customer updates.
- Designs light hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Creates schematic drawings and design (2D and 3D CAD modeling.)
- Oversees shop build projects from inception to sign-off completion.
- Documents are built on our SystemCo documentation network drive.
- Provides customer support and design to best practice and customer specifications on systems.
- Works with shop staff and provides documentation models and drawings on system.
- Ensures the best products are produced for our customers.
- Oversees the testing and is final quality control on products before they are shipped to customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- General understanding and conceptual knowledge for system builds which helps to bring forth creative solutions for customer applications.
- Proficient understanding and conceptual knowledge for electrical system layouts and builds.
- 3-5 years related job experience.
- Mechanical Engineering, Production.
- Minimum of Associate's Degree (AA) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Management reporting, technical documentation, and customer relationship management.
- Analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills.
- AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks, MS Office & Internet Application.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Inventory software, AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks, and Internet Application.
- General knowledge of programming ladder logic (Rockwell), VFD setup and programming, and HMI screen creation.
